We wish that you should try to publish a quality research paper in good impact factor paper by the completion of internship program as it adds weight age to your profile and generates confidence on your thought process.
We really encourage to publish something new and contribute something productive to scientific community, beside this we strongly discourage publications in no (zero) impact factor papers / reviews / letters.

We Emphasis Entrepreneurship Skills development during our training programs; to achieve this goal we have few dedicated sessions to make you understand the needs of Bioentrepreneurship, usually these sessions are conducted on weekends with our employees as a part of this activity.
We emphasis maximum on knowledge building and innovations, we see each of our employee as a future entrepreneur, running an organization based on his/her ideas and experiences. (Such sections are optional for trainees)

Different Programs as per Individual Needs. This year for the first time we are offering four different project internship programs in different areas with limited number of seats to maximize the personal needs of students and to give him/her most in form of working knowledge. For example if you are interested in Animal Cell Culture and Molecular Biology working techniques then you may apply to that instead of working with our Plant biotechnology division. This is all together an unique innovative approach in trainings, unlike other industrial training programs where you are required to learn as per the working of Industry.
