Details of Project:- The complete course work is beautifully divided in 600 Hrs.
First 120 Hrs focus mainly on building basics (6 Hrs a Day X 5 Days a week X 4 no. of weeks) focuses upon building skill in Mathematics (mainly Bio-Statistics) Practical working on software tools SAS / R , Chemistry (Thermodynamics, Bioenergatics etc.), Molecular Biology (theory cell biology & Practical Aspects like PCR/ Gene Cloning etc. ), Bioinformatics (Basic concepts) all basic tools like BLAST,FASTA, Swiss PDB, Cell Designer etc., Computers ( Algorithms, Neural Networking, PERL), Basics of Human Body Systems and Pharmacology (mechanism of drug action).
Second 120 Hrs focus mainly on understanding BioIT and HighThroughput Data Analysis like Principles of Microarray, Microarray Analysis, CHIP-chIP, SNP analysis, Introduction to Systems Biology, Systems Biology markup language (SBML), Advance Computing Algorithms (Graph Theory, HMM, Bayesian Networks etc), Bio-Network Designing (tool Cytoscape), construction of Gene Regulatory Networks, Transcription Regulatory Networks etc. Introduction to Cancer Genomics. Introduction to Intellectual property, Patent Search, Patent Writing Patent infringement – Case Studies.
Third 120 Hrs focus mainly on understanding of Functional Genomics by integrating High Throughput Data Analysis generated by CHIP-chIp / Microarray / SNP etc. Working on living cell as one system, building concepts of Modularity, Biological Robustness, Metabolic Flux Analysis, Proteomics, Cellular Modeling, Construction of GRN / TRN, Exploring Major Genetic disease networks .A road towards personalized medicines, Pharma Vs BioPharma, Drug Discovery Process inside Pharma Industry. USFDA Rules and Regulation for Pharma / BioPharma for Drug Discovery, Clinical Trails and its various phases, Clinical Trials - Documentation, collection of clinical data , application of orange book, NCE, ANDA, NDA etc.
Last 240 Hrs, Scientific Writing. Major research work on tropics like
Systems Biology and its application in Cancer Progression.
Immunology as a model of Systems Biology.(modeling various factors during diseased stage)
Strain Optimization for higher yield etc.
Students are encouraged to design their own research proposal and publish a original research paper in the given duration.
Much detailed day wise program schedule shall be provided to students once they register for the internship program. Also just after registration they will be provided with some basic study material in advance. They can also access to their personalized online portal (password protected) from there they can download study material, video lectures, pod cast etc. related to the course work, and that will also guide them with the weekly calendar.
Study material related to training, All the books, online resources , Journals will be provided by us. Students are encouraged to bring their laptops / Wifi mobiles to learn beyond routine 6-7 Hrs of Labouratory work.

Biotechnology Project in Plant Tissue Culture & Plant Molecular Biology Techniques (Plant Biotechnology).

Eligiblity Criteria:- Final / Pre Final Year Student of M.tech. / M.Sc. / B.tech Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Plant Biotechnology / Botany.
Duration:- Feb 2018 to July 2018. (4-6 months)

Details of Project:- The students shall be learning on molecular biology, tissue culture / callus culture, agrobacterium mediated transformations etc. The students shall be awarded with individual projects and are required to submit project report based on their observations/ findings from their labouratory research work.

Details of Project:- The students will be learning all basic animal tissue culture techniques, Drosophilla culture, dissection of Drosophilla head to obtain neurons, neuronal culture.
